Constituent & Community Assistance

Constituent & Community Assistance is the heart of how I intend to serve Louisiana's 5th Congressional District. As a builder and community leader from Tallulah, I have learned that the first step in fixing any problem is listening carefully to the people living with it every day.

This service is simple in concept but powerful in practice. I listen to residents, return calls, and respond to messages, then help connect individuals, families, and local leaders with the government and community resources that already exist but are often hard to find. That might mean walking a senior through benefits paperwork, helping a small business owner understand a grant program, or connecting a neighborhood with state and federal contacts about drainage, housing, or public safety concerns.

I treat every concern like a work order on a job site: documented, tracked, and followed up on until it reaches a clear outcome or the next step is identified. Over time, those individual conversations create a district-wide picture of what is working, what is failing, and where federal help could make the biggest difference. That picture will guide my Builder's Agenda for projects in infrastructure, healthcare, and economic development.

Constituent & Community Assistance also includes town halls, public forums, and community engagement events where residents speak directly about their priorities, not just listen to speeches. My goal is for every community, from the smallest rural town to the largest parish seat, to know that it has a direct, reliable line into my office.

When residents see that their concerns are heard, taken seriously, and acted on, trust begins to grow again. This service is how I turn that trust into concrete progress: one call returned, one problem mapped out, and one community voice elevated at a time.
